Meet Your Doctor
Dr. Whitney N.D. Hewitt, DDS, MS
Dr. Hewitt was born and raised in St. Charles, MO. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a degree in biochemistry. She then received her DDS from the UMKC School of Dentistry before completing her orthodontic residency with the UMKC Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Hewitt received numerous honors during her time at UMKC, including the Top Scholar Award, Colgate Research Award, Dr. William S. Kramer Award of Excellence, and Quintessence Award for Research Achievement.
Dr. Hewitt has been in private practice as an orthodontist since 2017. In order to maintain a standard of professional excellence, she is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and Missouri Dental Association as well as the Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. She is recognized as an orthodontic specialist by the state of Missouri, and frequently participates in continuing education to stay up to date on the latest information and treatments. In her spare time, Dr. Hewitt enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Nathan, and their two sons.

Christian is your first point of contact at our office! A graduate of Troy Buchanan in 2011 she continues to live in Troy with her husband, Adam, and son, Hampton!
When she’s not at the office she enjoys binging the newest show or reading a good book! You can always count on her for a good laugh. She is excited to welcome you and your family when you arrive at Hewitt Orthodontics!
